Working independently from any large firm, we are excited to be able to offer a competitive price and dedicated one-to-one service for our clients. With over 15 years professional experience, we have worked on many different projects, from small-scale residential to multi-million-pound commercial schemes.
This is where we meet and take on board your ideas for your land or property. Following acceptance of our quotation, we will discuss your project in further detail and undertake a measured survey of your property.
Once we have produced existing layout plans following our measure, we will work together on your project, reviewing and adapting the plans to your wishes until we reach a design you are happy with.
Once we’re in a position to do so, we will take care of the entire planning application process on your behalf, from filling out the required forms to site meetings and liaising directly with Planning Officers, to achieve the desired outcome.
Once you have the relevant permissions in place, Building Regulations approval will be needed, in most cases, to carry out the physical work on your plans. We can provide Building Regulation compliant plans as part of the application, construction packages and detail drawings so that any builder will be able to price and execute the work accurately.
